Absolutely the best customer service I have ever had!!!!!!!!! I ordered the wrong color of Bass Boat seats. I called the company and they explained the return process which was very easy and they paid for by the way. I sent the seats back via FedEx and they provided a very quick turn-around on the replacement order. I spoke with their shipping manager and he even found the color I wanted that were on backorder. This company truly understands what the term customer service means! I highly recommend them and their subsidiaries for any of your boating needs that they may be able to fulfill!!!!!
