CONSUMER'S BEWARE, I am a small shop in North Carolina and I needed a window form Parkin Accessories. So I called and ordered it. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong window. I admit it was my fault. When I called to correct the error the individual who was helping me was very short with me and told me it was my fault three or four times even after copped to the mistake. I am an honest person. when we finish correcting the problem he proceed's to tell me that they will not do an even swap for the right window even though they are the same price. He said I will recieve a credit for the window on my account and I can order the new window. I told him It was a one time thing. I am a body shop I don't do alot of accessories. Tough he say's to me.
