Called the company and said the battery for my computer, The battery was only 9 - 10 months old and was not holding it's charge. The charge would last about 45 minutes. I was told do to the fact I purchased the battery from them, they would send it back and see what the manufacture would advise. I feel it was very fair. Do to the fact, I did not know if their was any warranty.

Had a major problem with your computer. The people at O's looked at it and said I had several Trojans, they said what needed to be done and I agreed , They fixed the problems and we talked about how I could make sure I did not have this type of problems again. It has been several week later and what they advised has helped. The cost was very reasonable.

I have had problems with your computer and when I took it into them, they advised what they thought the problem was. Fix the problem, at a cost that was very reasonable. Very satisfied with the service. The people that work their treat people, like you are family. If you are having problems with your computer, I would remind O's to take care of your problems.
We had a machine down. An E-Machine had a dead power supply. Went in got a used power supply, micro heat sink blown off and computer tested OK. Less than 1/2 hour and $35. Very good pricew and service. LaVern Sysinger
I took my computer to them because it was acting up. They told me I had 8 viruses and charged me $105 to clear out my system and reinstall the factory condition operating system. They told me they would be able to save my pictures and files but didn't. I asked if they could reinstall the software that I have paid good money for (and can't find codes to). They said that would take too long and they could not do it. They also lost a driver disk that I had in the DVD drive when I took it in. Oh yeah, they also told me that my DVD player that had been working just the day before wasn't any good anymore and that I needed to replace that too. That added another $75 to my total. Wow, I could have done what they did and saved a lot of money. I will never take anything there again!!! Also, in case your wondering why I let this happen.. I just moved, I'm behind in school, I needed my computer to work ASAP. I just didn't have time to research, negotiate, or shop around the way I should have.
