The management here is terrible!!!!! I have been trying since the beginning of March to have them address an issue I've been having with water getting into the pvc pipes under my floor that serve as my heating/cooling ducts (it is now July). They sent one person to look at it to give them an estimate, who told me it was due to cracks in my foundation, and now they have been totally unresponsive to my calls. The worst part is the water has caused mold to grow in my air ducts, which is great when you have terrible allergies. They have been supposed to have someone come out to give and estimate for a cleaning, but that request has also seemed to fall off the face of the earth. I finally started leaving the manager Sonja Henry messages once a day for over two weeks with no response. Finally contacted the Better Business Bureau, so hopefully they have better luck than I have so far.
