I took my daughter to the urgent care because she twisted her ankle from her basketball game. Her ankle was swollen and she was crying in pain. It was toward the end of their closing hour, so i was afraid that they might not want to see us. I first called them, and the receptionist was very nice, and told me that they would wait for us. When we arrived, they took us straight to a room, took a x-ray, and the doctor showed us exactly where the problem was. They casted my daughter's ankle, and even gave us a copy of the x-ray film at no extra cost. We were in and out of the urgent care in less than 25 minutes. We were so impressed with Elk Grove Urgent Care that the next day, when my husband was sick, i told him to go to urgent care! We are very blessed to have such a wonderful facility in Elk Grove, and you guys really made my day.

I have been a few urgent cares, and this is by far the cleanest and most advanced urgent care. Their doctors are ER professional, and they have TV in all rooms. The staffs are friendly and the doctors and compassionate and friendly.
