This insurance office's customer service needs improvement. Their response time is slow and usually the customer needs to follow up a second or third time to receive a call back. The receptionist is very friendly but their actual customer service representatives need some training in customer service skills with an emphasis in being more thorough in presenting a complete package to the customer. Receiving additional billing because they don't do their job right the first time is not acceptable. If this was my only issue with this company I wouldn't have bothered putting up a comment. But unfortunately it is not. I have over 25 years in customer service and was taught that client attention is very important and you make sure they leave satisfied and you do everything in your power to make sure of it.
