Drove all the way from Kansas because it was the best price in a 1000 mile radius on a used Maxima. We signed papers and took delivery of the vehicle almost instantly, Bryan already had the dealer tags on and the car detailed before we arrived. The whole process only took 30 minutes.

This business had a few bad spots but they seem to be doing a lot better now. They're very professional and customer oriented. The sales people aren't pushy and are very courteous now. The service department is very helpful and informative.

I went to this dealership to purchase a vehicle I had looked at several times on their lot. They were all about the sale until I pointed out that the car had more miles than they had be advertising on the Internet site. Thy became kinda defensive at this time. When I went back to make a deal with them, they took it upon themselves to call my personal banker and find out my loan amount with out my permission. They thought cause it was a home town deal they could do that! Then when I showed them cars that were very competitive with the car they were trying to sale me but with better pricing but my only hold back was the fact that I didn't keep my business local they tried and tried to make me are why their car was worth this much. My family has done business with Gene Smith for years and the owner of Smith Family Nissan did not even seemed concerned that he was losing a long time customer. At all cost I would avoid using this dealership. I am a hometown customer who would not use them and not recommend them to my worst enemy!!
