I took Daisy May who is nine months old for her first professional hair cut. She is a Westi and when I picked her up she was beautiful and happy which made my heart sing. Loved her pets which were beautiful and well behaved. You can tell these people loves animals like I love mine. Well be taking her there for all her grooming needs.I love my Daisy very much and would recommend to anyone who loves their pets to go here and the professional cut of my Westi was amazing!!!
Being military we have had many groomers some good others not so much but To The Dogs has exceeded our expectations. Our boy is happy and comes out looking super.
I have taken my dogs to To the Dogs for 10 years. Always done up nice & smell good.
I suppose when they called at 9:00 PM to confirm my appointment I should have realized that the owner doesn't have the smallest amount of business decorum. However, when I dropped off my dog I had no idea what I was in for. The owners have 3 dogs and a cat that roam free, which may have made my own little guy a little nervous. And, although I have never had a problem leaving him with a groomer before, he immediately defecated in his kennel. The owner called me promptly to tell me that my dog has "crapped and pissed all over the place". So, not only did they charge me $5 more for the service they made it very apparent that he was the ONLY dog that has ever done that in their line of work... which is dealing with ANIMALS! Of course, no pet owner wants to inconvenience someone else with having to clean up after their dog, but they work with ANIMALS, some of them might actually act like ANIMALS. I have been to a Vets office and seen dogs pee or poop, been to several groomers where it has happened with other dogs and I have never seen a professional, who works with ANIMALS, get so upset about it. If the poor dog wasn't already being washed I would have taken him away immediately. Obviously, he wasn't comfortable there and I wasn't either. He won't be going back and if you want a compassionate, caring PROFESSIONAL to deal with your dog, you won't take them their either!!!
