Sometimes it's very confusing to read reviews about companies with such up and down reviews. I went into backyard essentials by pools plus and they were very helpful and answered my questions. I did find out they are under new management and I'm pretty sure he had a military back grown. I have not purchased yet but I went to 2 other pools stores and they were not helpful at all. At this time I feel pretty good about shopping with them and I don't think you can be in business for 30 years and not have a few unhappy people.

They are sure anxious to sell you a pool but after you buy it forget about them standing behind you if you have a problem...I am so disappointed in my choice of where I purchased my pool.... :( I don't even want to give them 1 star

Just start with Pools Plus from another company, very helpful, offered me brands within my price range rather than the higher priced items. cheaper contracts, better service, quick response, and only expecienced workers showing up rather than workers that didn't know what they were doing. Wonderful experiences so far and have had opening, liner replaced, and weekly service for an unbelieveable price and a very well done job. Thank you very much Steve and Charles wonderful!!!!

Picked up parts for my pool there twice in the last month,the young man there was very rude and they don't even care that you bought the pool there and spent a fortune over the years .I will not go back there ever again.I noticed their attitude last year already and gave them another chance.That was the last straw for me I will never spend another dollar in their store.

I'll never use them. Their crew tailgates you on the interstate and I always see them dropping trash off their trucks onto the roadway after leaving a job site. Too dangerous and messy to get any of my business!!!

Poor business practices! Very rude sales woman. Don't waste your time or money especially if your military.
