Hornback plumbing came out to fix a leak on the ice maker line. Charged me 110 dollars and said they would have to come back due to not having the correct part. Came back the next day while the wife was here (I was at work). Then charged her 135 dollars for 15 minutes and and a 24 dollar part. Took advantage of my wife (she had no idea I payed the day before). Called the office to ask about double bill refused to talk to me. POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE.

Had a hot water heater that was not producing hot water. They came out twice in the same day and the hot water heater is still not working properly. This is after paying them for the parts and labor the first time. Know waiting on factory rep to see what he says about the situation
