VERY PRETTY CAMPGROUNDS LOCATED OFF I-65 SOUTH OF ELIZABETHTOWN,KY. OWNERS ARWE VERY NICE AND DO THE BEST THEY CAN FOR THEIR RECOURSES. MOST CAMPSITES NEED LEVELED AND OTHER THAN A WELL KEPT POOL AND SMALL PLAYGROUND NOT MANY ACTIVITIES FOR KIDS. OTHER THAN A FISHING LAKE THAT NEEDS WORK NO EXTRA ACTIVITIES FOR ADULTS TO DO.NICE PLACE TO STAY AND DO NOTHING BUT SIT BY FIRE, DRINK BEER AND ROAST WIENNERS. GOOD PLACE FOR TRAVELERS LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO SLEEP BEFORE CONTUNING ON THWEIR JOURNEY.

Lynn is very friendly and always calls you by your first name even if she is calling you at home to check on a reservation. They make the atmosphere at their campground very comfortable and relaxed which is what campers want. They don't want someone breathing done their necks like owners do at some campgrounds. They have done a lot to bring this campground back from the mess it was in a few years ago when they bought it. They continue to improve it each year as they can. It is a wonderful place to visit and I encourage all campers to give this campground a try. It's not the most glamorous, but its nature is beautiful, clean, peaceful, friendly and has lots to do. You'll love it!
