I take my pet to this hospital and really am pleased with the service that I get. Most vets treat us and my pet kindly and discuss with me what my pet needs. It's a little pricey but so is everything else. I wish they would put up a facebook page and an email address so if someone has questions they can get an email reply. Best place for taking care of my pet.

Most experiences have been pleasant, but one bad experience...had to put down my shih zhu and went to pay...lady told me how much and then said, "have a good day." Two seconds later she looked at what I was paying for, and then she said "oh...sorry..."

I have been very pleased with the care given to my dogs. Would highly recommend E-town Animal Hospital.

Really like taking my pet here. But there is one vet that I absolutely do not like him to touch my baby he is way too rough. The other vets never make him bleed like he does when given a shot. As long as we don't see him then I like going there:)

I believe this place is the best. My family has been going there for years. All started with Dr. Gore. Now I am taking my own dogs. They are very gentle and helpful when questions need to be answered. It will be the only place that my friends go to.

I have a small dog who want to growl and try to bite- the vet acted like he was scare of my little dog, I thought it might have been a one time occurance but we have been there three times with my five lb dog and not only is the vet rough and non-caring, appears as if he is afraid of the dog and doesn' t like him but we have yet to get a through exam becuase my little dog as a descended testicle and the vet has yet to mention it to us- always in a rush to get us out of there!!! I have three dogs and will be looking. Yes, the building is nice but would be a plus if the vet was too!!!!

This is the absolute best clinic there is by my standards. The new building is extremely nice! The waiting room is big and room-y; very comfortable. The thing I like best about this clinic is that ALL the vets are sooo friendly and they know exactly what they are doing. They value my pets' life and they value my feelings and make sure that I feel comfortable and that my pet gets the best care possible! You can't get any better than E-town Animal Hospital! I will never take my pets anywhere else!

Very affordable, I had been going here for the last two years since I got my dogs. It depends which vet you got to determine the quality of your treatment. Dr Bailey has been the one my dogs seen most of the time and he is very thorough and answers all my questions. All the vets are nice but sometimes depending on how many they have waiting, I felt like I'm being rushed. Overall though, they are good and affordable.

Highly recommend this clinic, Most of the doctors are kind and helpful and on the off chance you get one that's not you can simply ask for a second vets opinion and they more than gladly accommodate you. I know because I have. Dr. Mark Nall is by far my favorite vet, I trust him when it comes to any animal in my care. He tries his best no matter the age or health of the animal. every one of my own animals sees him if at all possible. even if it means waiting an extra hour. The only down fall to this clinic is the kennel care, they need to hire a few extra people that are just for the kennels so the tech and office staff don't have to take care of it and try to do their jobs as well.

I must say my experience was wonderful. We called on a Sunday with an emergency, we received a call and took our beagle in. We were treated very well. Our dog was treated well too. As far as the bill - not even close to taking advantage. I am very surprised at some of the comments as our experience was so very good. The vet was gentle and kind and we very much appreciated the treatment that we received. We own our own business and customer service is very important and I have doubts that anyone would not receive the same care that we did. Without hesitation I believe this clinic to be top notch and a good place for you to seek care for you beloved animals.

We are new to the area and hadnt found a new vet for our beloved animals. Well on a bad note our cat had a couple seizures so we had to act fast and take her to the vet. Bad news she had kidney failure. She would only get worse. Ended up having to put her to sleep. I felt like we were more of a number and the people working there acting like they didnt care at all and was only wanting money . I will never take my animals to this place again. My heart still hurts over the loss of our sweet cat. When you have to put to sleep your pet its already a hard thing to do just wish it would have been a more caring experience.

My overall experience of this vet has been great over the years and my mom takes all of her animals to this vet and they take great care of her animals. My issue with this vet is that they do have 24 hour emergency service but if you want your pet to live, don't bother with trying to get help from them. We called tonight to get help for one of our animals and we waited for a little while to get a call back. I called 3 times and as of right now I still haven't got a call back. I even gave them 3 numbers to reach me just in case and they never bothered to call back. I decided to make the trip to Louisville (Jefferson Animal Hospital) to try to save my animals life. Sadly Jack died on the way to Louisville. If i would have not trusted E-Town Animal Hospital Jack might still be alive, but I waited to long expecting them to call back so we could take him in. I will never trust this hospital with another animal and will find someone else locally.

New clinic is nice, wait was an hour and a half and they have raised their prices with the location change!!!! They used to be affordable....now they are like every other high priced vet around here!

It's actually on Ring Road, and it's a very nice place to take your pet. We have an eight week old kitten that we took there when we got her, just to give her a check up. It was $53 total, due to the 17.50 medicine we had to buy her. The wait wasn't too long, and the waiting room itself is nice and big. Plus, the floor is tiles instead of carpet (like the vet off of the bipass). I definitely recommend taking your pet here!

This place is amazing!! It's never about the money and they will stay through their lunch break to make sure they see all the animals. They are very thorough and I will continue to take my pets to them because I refuse to go anywhere else.

I have 3 cats! This is the only place that I would take my pets. The vets at the Animal Hospital have the utmost respect my pets and my family. I'm not the least bit hesitant to call if I have a problem or concern. They will stay over and see your pet if it involves a serious illness, and you would rather not go in and stress your pet out around other pets. Thank You E-town Animal Hospital for all you do.

We took our older black lab that was diagnosed with heartworm, and Dr. Nall was wonderful! He makes it clear in his actions that he really cares. Dr. Nall is the only vet I want to take care of my pets.

i use to work at this hospital and trust me when i say take your pets anywhere but here. very uncaring vets that don't take the time needed to properly diagnose any conditions. if you love your pet stay away from this clinic.

I have two English Bulldogs and this place is great. My dogs are very comfortable with the staff here and so am I. They are friendly and very helpful. We tried to breed our dogs and they answered all my questions. Thank you for your great service.
