This Wendy's is the worst place I have ever eatin at.everytime I go they always get my food wrong. It's not hard to make a sandwhich. I have worked in fast food I actually worked at a 4 million dollar fast food chain and we never had thisproblem, the fries at this wendys are always old and they cannot take an order to save their lives. I always ask for my food plain .I ordered a chicken sandwich and when I got home 15 min later I realized they had out the wrong stuff of my food. This happens every time I go to the wendys in elizabethton.I am never eating there again, the place is a joke of a restaurant .

I go to wendys frequently at lunch. I've been there 3 times in the last three weeks and they are always out of baked potatoes. Today, Sunday the 26th, 7 of us went after church, We arrived at 12:25, they were out of potatoes AGAIN and we were told it would be about 30 minutes before they had anymore. They were also OUT of french fries and we had to wait 5 minutes for those. They gave us our burgers and chicken and then brought the fries. My then our other food had begun to get cold. Several customers in the restaurant were complaining that they had had the same problem in the past. 2 other families said they had to wait on their fries also. Seems to me that this would be a fantastic place for a restaurant. No ketchup in the dispenser and the floors in the entire restaurant were nasty. The womens restroom smelled like urine and the toilets looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a week. Maybe it's time for a change of your management team???!!!!
