Profile Food Ingredients is a contract packager and blender of dry ingredients for the food industry. PFI has the capabilities to blend multiple ingredients to the specification of the customer. We have the resources to package any ingredients in pouches, bags, boxes, drums and pails. If a need arises for any special situation, PFI can make these adjustments and transactions occur. This HACCP manual is geared toward equipment and production lines. We are processing, labeling, and distribution of dairy products and Kosher Certified. Profile Food Ingredients has the ability to warehouse these materials in either raw or finished form as an added benefit to the customer. Our quality assurance group provides the guarantee that the blended products as well as raw materials meet specifications set by the customer. One other aspect of PFI which makes it unique to this industry is its technical support for aid in formulation of these blends as well as helping to secure specific raw materials.
