My personal experience here was great ! I was in pain , and specifically wanted to see Dr.Mahairi . This was on a Friday and he doesn't work fridays . So I waited for Saturday and came in as a walk in so I knew I was going to have to wait to see him. Normally when you go in as a walk in there is a waiting period because they see appointments first. This Dr is so good that I am willing to wait and hour or 2 just so he can take a look. Pretty much the only office that accepts walk ins and will see you. They might not be able to start treatment on same day but you will be seen and you will receive antibiotics and pain meds to get through the week until my appointment. The Dr is great , treats me good , very attentive and friendly . Staff is great , super busy but always answer any questions . The office manager is so nice as well , anytime I have a financial question she explains in detail what I'm paying for and shows interest in the patients concerns. Great office , great Dr , amazing staff and even better prices ! I would recommend to anyone in need of a great Dr.

I had the worst experience in my life with this dentist. I had 2 separate visits with him. First one was on Tuesday and another one was on Saturday, 6 weeks later, after having a really bad toothache for 3 days. Pain started on Thursday evening. I called the office on Friday but was told that the doctor does not work on Fridays. I was told to come on Saturday before 10:30 am, as a walk-in, and I will be seen. I came in on Saturday morning, and after waiting for one hour, his assistant took an x-ray of the area of my complain. After another 45 minutes, the dentist came to a room. He never greeted me or my husband and from the doorway started accusing me that I ALWAYS come on Saturdays without any appointment. I told him that he is wrong and that he needed to check his records. He never did. He was very unprofessional in dealing with a patient who was in pain. My husband and I walked out from the office without being seen about my toothache. My husband was very sorry that he recommended him to me. He thought that since they are both from the same country (Syria) and both are Muslims, that we would be treated fairly.
