I've been a customer of Mikki's Treasures for over 10 years and have never received anything but top notch service. From a simple watch battery replacement and jewelry repair to purchasing a new watch or necklace, they have always benn professional, courteous, and offer very fair pricing. I've recommended them to many friends, and they, too, have nothing but positive things to say.

I recently went to Miki's to have an engagement ring built. After giving the ring to my fiance, I began noticing flaws in the ring that just didnt seem right. The prong head was not saulder correctly to the actual ring and becuase of this the head of the ring was not perfectly square and was tilted with gaps btwn the head and the ring making it very unsecure. There were also tool marks left on the ring from the work being done. Once I noticed these imperfections I called Miki's and got a feeling from the owner that that the mistakes were not a big deal and often common in rings. I had to take the ring, which I already gave to my fiance, to a different jeweler to have the work done properly. Once I got the ring back I took my receipt for the work to Miki's to ask for compensation. The owner told me "YES, he DID NOT do the ring properly the first time, but becuase I did not allow him to FIX his mistake he will not compensate me for the cost to correct it." TERRIBlE BUSINESS

I've used Miki's Treasures for 20 years for everything from watch and jewelry repair to purchasing rings and redesigning family pieces. They are always helpful and explained the redesign process as well as patiently worked through the design until it was just right. I will continue to use their services and encourage others to checkout this little shop.
