General Info

We are a full service fitness center. We have a complete line of Life Fitness & Hammer Strength machines and free weights. We also have plenty of cardio machines including treadmills, ellipticals, seated/upright bikes, stepmills, assault bikes, rowers, spin bikes, etc. All aerobic/spin classes are included with membership at no additional cost. A pickleball court is available for hourly rental. Members and non-members are welcome to reserve the court during normal business hours.
