Eleah Medical Center is a private, nonprofit organization providing medical assistance and health care services. The center provides a wide range of services, such as home health care, physical, occupational and speech therapies and emergency ambulance services. It has an on-site pharmacy, fitness center and optical shop. The center also operates the Elbow Lake Eye Clinic. The home health care services offered by the clinic include nursing and nutrition care, medication management, personal grooming, health education and housekeeping. These services are offered throughout the Grant, Otter Tail and Douglas counties, Minn. Eleah Medical Center is located in Elbow Lake with clinics in Ashby, Hoffman and Evansville, Minn.
