Trust Administrations: consulting with and representation of trustees, and trust beneficiaries, including administration of trusts, trust accountings, and termination of trusts, and distribution of trust assets. Probate: representation of executors and administrators, and estate beneficiaries, spousal property petitions, transfers without probate, and probate avoidance.
