"My mother was placed @ Greenridge skilled nursing facility as a place for rehabilitation after a blood infection. The care was inconsistent, the beds only have a railing that goes to arm pit length from the top of the bed, one night after having a nightmare she fell out of bed at 3 am. , she called for help complaining of terrible (new) hip pains (she had a preexisting back injury) the nighttime nurses simply lowered the bed and directed to her crawl back into bed. She was not looked at or examined by a nurse or doctor until 2 pm. the next day after I arrived and insisted to 2 different nurses and 1 doctor, at which point she was transported to and emergency room via non emergency medical transportation. This is just 1 example of the experiences my mother was subjected to."
