Horrible experience! Very poor customer service! They are VERY limited with english. I took my daughters prom dress to get hemmed and the bust taken in a bit. This place could not get it right (too short, too small, too big, too small, etc.). We ended up going there 7 times before I finally said enough is enough and I STILL had to pay half price for the alterations they did! We got the dress back dirty and they tried to Say it was like that when we brought it in. The ladies even tried to Place the blame on my daughter's weight. A $220 dress that is ruined and not even wearable. So thanks to this place, we are now scrambling to find something for her to wear to prom on Saturday. I recommend that EVERYONE stay far away from this place! They are NOT professional on any level!
