Staff is very friendly and helpful

Doorbell rang at 7:30 AM. I work until midnight so still in bed. Hustled to get to the door, get there just as the guy is getting back in his truck. He looks RIGHT AT ME and drives off. The notice has my address on it and nothing more. This sorry sad-assed POS doesn't care if someone in my household doesn't get their Christmas present on time this year. This is what our extra money pays for each time they raise the rates? Now I have to try and drive all the way down to the substation to get this, and have no idea when I'll be able to do so. Merry F***ing Christmas to you, too! I wouldn't give ANY stars for this sorry service if Yelp had the ability to do that.

postal carrier knocked on door to get signature and left notice. didn't wait for me to answer. now come to find out they wrote the wrong tracking number on notice. Can't contact on phone. One says not in service, which I believe....no one is working, and the other says memory full. I just lost my confidence in this branch. Can't arrange for re-delivery. They raise the rates and customer service goes down. What are we paying for?

If you have an option to go else where please save yourself the trouble and do. I have had mail lost, delivered to neighbors houses and held. Went to the post office and found two packages there which I had never been left notices for. No wonder the post office is going bankrupt with branches like this!

Worst post office I have ever been to. They routinely mess up my mail holds and when one tries to call they never answer their phone. Stinks to be in the 79924 zip code.
