Our Grand Master Zeus, following the advice of Bruce Lee, stirred the most powerful techniques from all styles into Mongoose style. The lion share of mongoose style consist of Boxing, Kung Fu, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Jiu Jitsu. We also borrowed many techniques from Te Kwon Do and Karate. Much like a King cobra swallows other snakes and uses their venom to create a super venom; Twin Cobra Boxing, Fitness and Mixed Martial Arts Swallows the most powerful techniques of every style it comes in contact with. Mix that with Olympic style conditioning and cognitive performance coaching to create super athletes who display super human martial arts ability.
