i was told my package was supposed to be here friday last week. it has been a week and no one has attempted to call me or anything. many attempts to go get my package and no one knows where it is cause they cant get ahold of the driver. even after waiting 6+ hours and the driver still never shows up

UPS is the LAZIEST! Some days they can find my address, like Monday-Friday, yet oddly on Saturdays they can't seem to locate my house! THEY SIT IN FRONT OF IT TO DO PAPERWORK!

So I get a message that UPS tried to deliver today but was unable to. I have security cameras and NO they did not. Whoever works on Saturday is LAZY, LAZY, LAZY and should be fired!

Tell him to stop drinking on Fridays so he can find addresses on Saturday! I AM LIVID!

A few weeks back they gave my package to a neighbor... my address was correct on the box. When I called they SWORE they delivered it to me... trusty security camera showed where it went and my neighbor had it.

AWFUL!!!

I would rate the local service a zero. My insulin is missing. Delivered to the wrong address returned to the VA .
I am now out of insulin This is the 3rd time the drivers have done this. Last week they dumped the cooler with other meds over the fence. My neighbor called when hesaw it happen. If my neighbor had not a alerted us it would have been in the yard all day. Who does that with temps ranging at a 105.

We've been waiting for two days for them to pick up a return and not one has showed. On top of that the lying POS's logged non-existent attempts to pick up.

Waited for a call that never came. This place should be shut down for good because the service is the worst of any industry I have ever seen.

terrible customer services over the phone, they never know what to said and when you ask for your packages all they said is for you to wait since they can not get a hold of the driver

Horrible service my package was no where to be found. I went out after driver to go pick up my package myself and still the driver was no where to be found called back to customer service and they gave me the run around. Never again will I get UPS service and the customer service was no help either. Very unhappy ex-customer!!!

Horrible.... Ups left my packages with my neighbor who doesn't even talk to me.. I would have much better preferred to have gone to ups station to pick up my packages like I always do. This is such an inconvenience and this was barely the first attempt, I see no reason why they automatically assumed it be ok to leave my package with someone else..
