I wish I could give a lower star rating I this company. My water has been out since 8:30 this morning, 12/3, and I have been calling for three hours an have yet to speak to an actual person. Well, scratch that, I have been connected to three other upset customers thanks to their worthless automated "emergency" system. I wish I could find a competitor to this company to switch. Terrible company!

I trust that this will get to the administrators/supervisors that can convey to "Maria", that her customer services skills are excellent if not superb. She should be the proverbial bar that all other employees in her capacity should try to attain. In this day and age, customer service has taken a back seat. I'm sure you all have experienced it at business establishments where the customers are often time treated with an attitude that comes across as rude or indifferent. Maria, (I'm sorry, didn't get her last name) was patient, professional, ensured that information was correct and had a smile on her face. How can I tell that she had a smile on her face? It comes through the telephone line in her caring spirit, desire to help, assist and ensure that customers receive excellent service.

Please recognize her in a manner that you see appropriate and give her that positive feedback that employees desire. She is a true asset to Paseo Del Este Mud.
