ROBERT NAVARRO & ASSOCIATES is proud to have been selected as the structural engineering consultant on a number of projects that have been significant to the community and in the El Paso Region. These projects are some of the major facilities in the city and include the City Municipal Building, the County Courthouse, the Civic Center and in addition, three El Paso International Airport Expansion Projects, several major building facilities including the new Bioscience Building at the University of Texas at El Paso, the El Paso Community College Valle Verde Campus, a large number of the major schools for the various school districts in the El Paso Region, the majority of the water and wastewater treatment plant facilities constructed over the last fifteen years to twenty-five years, the El Paso Psychiatric Center and major modernization and expansion projects at the Thomason County Hospital. In recent years, Robert Navarro and Associates has conducted a number of condition surveys and has prepared the reports on the condition of the deterioration, as well as preparation of the contract documents for the repair of the roadway structures, bridges and various water and wastewater structures such as reservoirs and treatment plants. ROBERT NAVARRO & ASSOCIATES has provided structural engineering services for a large number of clients, including owners, Architects and other Consulting Engineers in the El Paso Region and other parts of Texas, New Mexico, California, Mississippi, and Arizona. Some of the owners or responsible agencies, of the various projects for which the firm has provided structural engineering services include the University of Texas, the City of El Paso, the County of El Paso, Texas General Services Commission. New Mexico State University, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the U.S. Department of the Navy, the U.S. Coast Guard, and the U.S. Postal Services, the United States General Services Administration, the United States State Department, the El Paso, Ysleta, Fabens and Socorro Independent School Districts, various hospitals in the El Paso Area, the US. Bureau of Prisons, the Veterans Administration, the Texas Department of Transportation and a large number of private owners. Structural engineering services by ROBERT NAVARRO & ASSOCIATES have included the design of a large number of primary, middle and high schools, university facilities, commercial buildings, a U.S. Embassy, warehouses, theaters, swimming pools, libraries, parking facilities, museums, prison facilities, post offices, a number of large water and wastewater treatment plants and various types of retaining walls, bridges and culverts.
