Mission Valley Elementary School enrolls students in kindergarten through grade six and offers a variety of educational opportunities for the physical, emotional and mental development of students. It offers a variety of academic courses, including language arts, science, math, social studies and foreign languages. The school also offers instruction in fine arts, music and physical education. Mission Valley Elementary School provides special education, Destination ImagiNation and reading recovery programs. It operates a tennis club for beginners interested in learning the game of tennis. The school s 21st Century Community Learning Center, also known as Project STEP, provides technology education, art, music and recreational programs, as well as general educational development preparation and English as a Second Language classes. Mission Valley Elementary School is a part of the Ysleta Independent School District and is located in El Paso, Texas.
