Poor service. Ever been ignored in a store? These guys are masters of no eye contact. My wife with a broken foot pulled up to a service bay hoping someone would help her. After 10 minutes she finally got a guy to come to the car and she explained her plight. After listening, he said he doesn't speak English. She hobbled into the office and the guy behind the desk immediately said (without looking up), "What's your name?" Like that mattered. These employees are badly trained, unmotivated, sour, rude, and could care less. I and my fleet of 22 vehicles take our business elsewhere.
