Too long of a wait even when you have an appointment. 1.5 hours. They tell you you have 2 people in front of you and then you see 3 more people Go in before you. Also people that arrice after you get in before you even though you have an appointment. Front desk almost Ignores half the time when your up there They clearly only care about quantity and not quality of service.

Came with my daughter complaining of chest pain, shortness of breath and dizziness... was put in a small room that was as stuffy as the waiting room. After the half hour in the waiting room then the longer wait in the small we up and walked out and took her to the hospital instead.... Seems like you have to be dead or dying in order to be seen. What a disappointment!

Just love Wanda Sanchez, gorgeous, Sweet and just love her. She is so smart and affluent. Takes good care of her patient's and truly cares with her heart.

iMontwood Family Medical Urgent care is great. The one practitioner there that really cares for the patient's and takes time for the patient's is Wanda Sanchez. She should be running the place. She is extraordinary, so polite, caring, always makes time for the patient's and meets the needs of patient's readily. She tells you straight up what is what and doesn't lie to you or jerk you around the way others do. LOVE HER. RECOMMEND HER.....
