Very clean laundromat.

I can't believe how clean this laundromat is. Everytime I have gone, the personnel are attentive and always making sure that eveything is clean. I can see they take pride and want to take care of their customers, since the bathrooms are clean and the management has even given free drinks, or coin purses to the customers. I was even given a free coin purse and was personally thank by the manangement for being a customer there. I will be a permanent customer. There motto is Where Cleanliness makes the difference", Congratulations, you all are doing a great job.

Clean coin-laundromat, Reasonable price, Service hours are great! LAST wash at 8:45pm is REASONABLE! It is same rule in one of my favorite coin-laundromat in SE Portland,OR. I can see that employees are very busy to make sure everything clean and good machines to work or need repair. Closed at 10pm is reasonable too.

It's very clean and hours are very convinient. I am a little bothered by the lady that works there. There is a sign that clear states that last wash is at 8:45 p.m. because they close at 10:00 p.m., I go often too only DRY my clothes and this lady is very rude!! The first incident I had with her was because I arrived at 9:00 p.m. too only dry, I knocked and she just made hand gestures that it was closed, clear not closed because they close at 10, so I was pretty upset and knocked again and she opened the door and said "ya esta cerrado" I told her was only there to dry and would for sure finish before 10. She kept saying that it was closed, I told her that was not what the hours of operations said. She said NO YA ESTA CERRADO!! I asked to speak to the manager and she refused to provide me with a number, refused to let me in, and refused service with NO good cause. I respect their hours and usually go at 9 because it is convinient for me. I dry and leave in 20 to 30 minutes. Her attitude pushes customers away!! It is really close to my home and the hours are awesome and thats why I continue to come. In all other ocassions that I have gone to DRY clothes, I believe she remembers me, she asks in a rude manner if I am going to wash, I say no I'm only going to dry, and she opens the door and seems pissed off that I am there. She seems bothered to let people in!!! This is a bussiness and hours are open until 10, I don't think she should get bothered that people go to use the services!! The place is awesome!! But in all honesty the owners should think about having employees that truly want to work and have some courtesy!! Employees like her drive many customers away!!!

Where cleanliness makes the difference. Free Wi-Fi Laundry U.S.A. opens at 6:45 a.m. and last wash is 8:45 because they close at 10:00 p.m. Great place to go do your laundry. Highly recommend!
