I do not recommend them! They were later in delivering, they didn't want to help set up the tables and chairs and the worst part was that they damaged my house when they picked up the chairs. They didn't even let me know, I didn't find out until after they picked up the tables/chairs. They left the obvious tracks that they caused the damage to the stucco in my home. I have attempted to call them and text them and they haven't responded. Completely irresponsible and have no conscience!

It's my first time renting from them and I was very pleased with the service. They delivered on time and they are very friendly.

I just want to say ( WOW) and great job to this business.!! The workers are great and respectful. They brought the tables,chairs and jumping balloon when I asked for it and the time I would be in to deliver. I am so going to keep on renting from this business. . I am very satisfied And happy with this business!!! :) and I don't believe on any of these bad comments.. they are always on time.. they always call if running late always call when no one is home also!! I been renting here for almost 3years!!

I have rented from this business for my son for the past 2 years. They are real professional. They deliver everything at the time I asked them 2 and they did. Will keep renting from here for all my special events.. thank you jump~a~way...

I reserved a jumping ballon for today 2 weeks ago. They claimed they came by the house but never did and then they took the jumping ballon to another party. Would never recommend them and will never contact them again they ruined my sons party

Called them and i was told to come on down because they had what i was looking for. Drove 15min to get there only to be told they dont have the tables and chairs i was requesting. Poor customer service. Dont waste your time.

I have rented from Jump-A-Way for our annual Halloween Party for the last few years, and I am nothing but happy and satisfied with their service. They delivered the bounce house, table and chairs the night before my party which was super nice, and they came the day after my party in the afternoon to pick up. My little girls love the princess castle bounce house, and as long as I live in El Paso, I will rent from only Jump-A-Way!!! There has never been any rudeness or unprofessional service that I have experienced, and I'm a repeat customer.

DONT RENT HERE!! UNTRUSTWORTHY, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL!! The worst business ethic I've ever seen. I called to confirm the delivery time of my chairs and tables and was told they'd be unable to deliver at the time promised. I told them I was in a bind and would be forced to rent elsewhere because i wouldnt have time to prepare for my party and they told me that i was free to rent from somewhere else. I did find somewhere else but not without stress and headaches. If you want to be STRESSED, by all means call these people.

I rented the water slide from this place. They delivered it early so it'd be set up and the water at perfect temperature for the party. They even helped move things around in my backyard so it'd be at the perfect location. And the kids loved it!!! They had a lot of fun!!I'll definitely rent from here again :)
