Outstanding academic credentials and excellent written and oral communication skills are required. Candidates should have strong writing skills and experience with legal research, analysis, and drafting of complex memoranda, correspondence, motions, and briefs in the context of employment disputes. The ideal candidate will also have some litigation experience and an interest to serve regional, national, and global employers. Texas Bar license is required and New Mexico Bar is a plus.
