I avoided it because I thought it would be snobby. Not so. Super friendly members when you break through the typical "stranger anxiety" present in all gyms. Teachers all absolutely great. Les Mills programs are everchanging and can be quite challenging. I like this gym very much.

i dont like the meat market atmosphere of other gyms. this one does not have that problem. i am very happy going here and will recomended to women.

Very, very clean. Not expensive. Staff very nice and helpful. I just left a high-priced pretentious place that spoke very badly about this gym. My friend joined and told me to check it our for myself and I realize that it is actually a great place. I'm spending ALOT less now and getting more assistance and attention then ever without all the hype. I highly recommend this gym if you are a female who wants to get in shape without feeling uncomfortable or having to pay out the nose. Highly recommended.

I joined recently and I am extremely happy. The entire staff is very nice and helpful. It's a beautiful place and the classes are really good compared to other gyms. At least give it a try. You can get a free pass.
