General Info

Dr. Washburn graduated from the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences in 1999. After completing an internship and residency in Ophthalmology at BAMC in San Antionio, he settled in El Paso, TX as the Chief of Ophthalmology at W. Beaumont Army Medical Center where he also estabished their first Refractive Eye Surgery Center. He has practiced over 20 years at WBAMC, aditionally assisting at UMC and El Paso Children's Hospitals. He served a tour in Iraq treating soldiers and has recently completed his Army service. Dr. Washburn is currently seeing patients at his practice in northeast El Paso, TX.
