I went to see what they could do about my phone because it's screen wasn't working. The manager, Felipe, was extremely rude. He checked his phone 2 times while attending us. He didnt help us out at all. it seemed as if he just wanted to get us out of there.

Terrible customer service. I went in for a simple exchange of a charger. Had to wait forever while watching two girls at the front play with their phones!! Avoid like the plague. Zero stars!!

This is the worst Verizon store ever. The salespeople are more intersted in making their commission then giving you an honest answer. The store is always packed and you have to wait forever...I would never go there again and would never recommend them to anyone..
