YOU CANT HAVE YOU DOG STAY ANYWHERE ELSE. THEY ARE THE BEST CARE TAKERS AND THEY LOVE YOUR DOGS JUST LIKE THEIR OWN . I HAVE NO PROBLEM LETTING MY DOG STAY AT THE BARKER HAUSE KENNELS. FROM A DOG LOVER

The people were very friendly and they lived there so I thought our dogs would be in constant care, but when we picked them up after a week vacation, we had to wait 40 mins before anyone showed up at the front office, our dogs smelled so bad, they had poop stain on them, and they looked like they lost weight, my dogs was so hungry when we brought them home that they ate so fast and threw up. We left a blanket for them and they put it in a bag because it smelled really bad and it had dog poop on them, why would anyone give me dog poop with the blanket, I guess they wanted me to have my dog's poop, makes me think if they actually keep the cages clean. I would not use them to care for my dogs again, would rather take them to a vet clinic where they might be left alone over night but at least they will be fed and clean.
