First off I want to start by saying that this salon is pretty clean and everyone is pretty friendly. I was unfortunate enough to get a very sweet but presumably inexperienced stylist. We decided on a color from a magazine and his technique for balyage was impeccable until applying the toner. He colored my newly highlighted hair back to the original color. OOPS! Yes, that sucked for me but when he highlighted it for a second time he did the same thing again but in a much warmer color. As sweet as he was I was aside myself. He recognized this and tried to assure me that the color would fade. 4 1/5 hours later I walked out the same color as I walked in. I asked for a discount but the least they could give me was $100! I didn't even get a cut! Absurd! I have heard nothing but great things about this salon but am sad to say that I haven't had the same experience. Please beware and don't let them bully you into paying for something that you didn't agree on.

I was excited about going lighter than my original dark brown hair color. Read the reviews etc.

I told my stylist that I did NOT want to look brassy or orange. It was a concern. He stated that my hair would come out lighter but not brassy or orange. When all was said and done, I had copper penny orange hair. I was upset and my stylist kept asking ME what I wanted him to do about it. The salon staff kept telling me that my hair looked amazing. It was awful. I am going to another salon to try to fix my color. They're crazy if they believe I wanted this and that it looks nice.

After greater then 12 mo of living in El paso and never being satisfied with my hair style, coloring and cut that I was getting from the "aveda concepts" salons. I was very pleased to find 360 colour bar. With their superb customer service, the quality of service, the pleasant and friendly attitudes of the staff, my experience and trust in el paso's ability to be trendy and professional were rekindled. i was immediately greeted at the door, asked what i wanted done, and they did an exceptional job. This has by far been my best experience in El Paso for hairstyling. I left with a beautiful color, cut and style. I could not be more pleased. So happy to have found this place. Oscar and Eduardo are great hairstylist and business owners! everyone that walked out of the doors was happy and looked amazing! Can't wait to come back in a few weeks! Thank you Oscar!!!

The Best Salon in the world !! He fixed my hair and hes the best in the world!!!!

I went in for a hair cut that no one knew how to give, went in to 360 and got what i wanted to exact specification, a hairwash, and the friendliest service ive ever recieved. If your planning on getting a new hairstyle, getting you hair colored, or even just routine maintinence go to 360 they rock lol, ask for Eddy.

I've been to Eddie twice now, and keep getting compliments on my hair. It's been 5 weeks since my last cut, and it still looks great. Because it's a great cut it basically styles itself. One lady asked me if I just left the salon because it looked so great, and she couldn't believe I styled it myself that morning. If you're looking for a great cut and/or color go see Eddie, you won't be disappointed!

After my second cut and color with Eddie I am still thrilled with my hair. Even when I'm due for a cut it looks as good as the day he cut it. Today I was asked if I'd just gotten my hair done, and it's been two weeks since my last cut...I'd done it myself this morning. It basically styles itself. Give Eddie a try. You won't be disappointed!

I just moved to El Paso and I found the Colour Bar in the yellow pages. I got a color and a cut - the service was excellent and the price great! I would recommend this to anyone looking for professional services at a great price. I know I will return!
