Heritage Manor-El Paso, opened as McDaniel Nursing Home was purchased by Heritage Enterprises. It supports various volunteer activities, such as raising funds for schools and preparing food for community events and friends experiencing illnesses and tragedies. The facility also offers opportunities for working with local day care centers and building relationships through activities, such as manicures, birthday parties, miniature golf and music. Heritage Manor-El Paso operates Alzheimer's disease special care unit. It is a member of the Illinois Health Care Association, American Health Care Association and El Paso Chamber of Commerce.
