Would not recommend this apartment complex. The apartments are close to campus and nice looking units. Paper thin walls; & mgmt. that is seldom in the office. Main issue is that the management is RUDE! You won't know that until you move in. My ONE request was that my daughter be put on 2nd or 3rd floor where I thought she would be safer, as I managed apartments in my early career. I made this concern clear early on & reminded them as well. That was ignored & was the first glimpse of how this staff treats residents.

Later, they would not spray for spiders despite bites. Insisted my daughter physically bring a spider into the office before they would spray. And they still didn't get that done.

They stick it to you on the deposit any way they can. Daughter decided not to stay there a 2nd year and being charged the equivalent of a full month's rent just because they can. Even though they are not full, they are penalizing her for canceling next year's lease even though we told them in first few days of June. Very expensive compared to other complexes. Shop around. Talk to past residents and you will hear this as the consensus. Honestly, the staff acts as if they are managing something more like a Trump Tower. But come to think of it, I bet Trump's buildings have staff with a pleasant, professional, "it's our pleasure" attitude! Ladies, you're running a little college apartment complex in El Dorado, KS. Get a grip!

If I had ownership in this complex, I would be livid. Rude, uncaring, unresponsive mgmt. means reduced occupancy & lease rates eventually. They must be oblivious so far, as they have doubled (?) the summer rate & increased fall rate as well. Clueless owners!

This apartment complex is extremely poorly run. The management is unapproachable and unresponsive.
