+++NEW LOCATION++++ GrantMED is a Family practice clinic offering convenient walk-in care. We will gladly serve as your primary care provider. We also offer urgent care walk-in services for minor emergencies and illness. We hope to help you avoid the emergency room. In our boutique medical clinic, we hope you will find comfort, whether you are here for a well check or treatment for an injury or illness. We provide healthcare services to all ages from babies to senior adults. We have two medical providers who see children/pediatric patients. Our clinic is very child friendly. We offer treatment for chronic illnesses such as high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma. We also provide care for illnesses and injuries. Other services we offer include: School physicals for Headstart, ECCEL, kindergarten, benchmark, etc. Sports Physicals Pain Management— for patients who qualify; must pass rigorous medical assessment Weight Management for those who qualify Medical Cannabis Certification— this service is by appointment only-call 870-862-2285 to request an appointment for medical cannabis certification.
