After purchasing a bed (boxspring, mattress, and frame) and paying for it in full, I had to wait for a delivery date 3 weeks, then I was called 1.5 days before the scheduled date and told I couldn't get delivery in my area (24.5 miles away to Ramona) Before scheduling a delivery date, I told them where I lived and asked if that would be a problem and I was told "NO, no problem"I was then given 2 days of the week for delivery (Tues/Thurs). My spouse and I work till 3 PM and they were expecting us to wait all day at home for them to deliver the items. We also spoke to the manager--there was no working with us--the customer! We had just had a death in the family, I told them and was professional with them. I am very disappointed with their lack of professionalism or working with the customer.We are in the process of buying new furniture for our whole house. They may have had a customer, but prefer to treat people as though they are unimportant!
