The market also offers a cut to order cheese case with many varieties from across the globe. Cured meats at a charcuterie bar along with other deli items, specialty packaged foods and gifts are also available. Visitors can watch the Cheesemakers stirring the curd and developing the flavors for the day’s production behind a glass window and interact with the cheesemakers to learn about the process. Educating the guests is part of what we do. Ask about our tours of three aging caves, where you will learn about what goes into aging a cheese and how the aging brings out different flavors.
