Horrible. Absolutely horrible experience. Took 50% Deposit and 6 weeks later, still no fence. No phone calls made other than when they were trying to get my business. After I agreed, not a single phone call was made to me about installation. Every time I called I could not get an answer about installation. Just the run around. The last phone conversation was on Nov. 24, 2008. I was told I was next for installation on the 26th. Well, they did not show up or call to let me know anything. I called Dec. 3 and spoke with Mike M. and he did not even remember telling me that I was next in line. He said he had to call me back after he talked to his shop manager. Why would you have to talk to your shop manager if my job was next?In this time of economic struggles, why would you not want the business? This was a $4800.00 job.RACs estimate came in the lowest, so, my wife and I thought since money is tight that we should try them, even after going against the advice of many friends and family telling us not to. Well, we should have listened.FYI; if you have received an estimate from RAC and it is much lower then other estimates you have gotten, please read it carefully. After I sat down with another fence company, they were able to tell me that the product I was paying for was not what I wanted. I wanted cedar fencing and I was quoted using cheap pressure treated wood, most likely spruce. And I had asked Mike M. several times if it was cedar and of course his response was yes. It just goes to show that you don't always get what you pay for.I did get my 50% deposit back on Dec. 3, 2008 and on the same day signed a written contract with another fence company guaranteeing me an installed fence within 2 weeks. This company was more professional and offered more choices and styles of the fence I wanted.It is amazing that RAC is still in business.

All were Gentlemen, however company seemed they were to busy for my medium sized job. Maybe understaffed ?? The help they do have is friendly and hard working, it was just a question whether or not they would show up or have proper materials that day.
