This is the second time, during the last 6 months (out of 10 years visiting this store) that me, my wife and my children have been kicked out by a flat rude manager named ANDREA. She refused to give us her last name. I believe this second time is a retaliation for the previous complaint I placed, in person, to the store owner. (5 stars for all other employees and other manager named Oscar but LESS than ONE STAR for Andrea). If she doesn't know how to treat customers, she needs to stay at home

I will not go to this mc.Donalds ever again. I don't know why Mc.Donalds hires such inept employees. The drive through there is totally useless. I have not went through the drive in window without them making a mistake. The last time I went there, I drove up to the window and the boy anked me if I ordered a big mack and a code, I said no. Than he said "was it a happy meal/ " again I said no. He then had to leave the window and figure out what my order was. After about 5 minutes he came back with my order. Yes u guessed it. When I pulled away we checked the bag and only half the order was there. This has happened too many times. Also why do they have employees that cant speak three words of english on the drive uo window. Last week I pulled up, and had to give my order four times as the person could not understand my order and their english was so bad that i could not understand half of what he said, add that to the fact that the communications system at Mc. Donalds suck, I will never go back to that Mc. Donalds. I have had similar probleems with other area Mc.Donalds but not as bad.
