Elegant brides was wonderful when trying to get our business. They were attentive, offered bottled water, it was "hun" this and "hun" that. I was very pleased with them and raved about their outstanding customer service. UNTIL all my bridesmaid dresses came in two sizes too big (in hopes they would get our alteration business). However their alterations are way over priced! THE WORST IS STILL TO COME. My husbad and his groomsmen all went to get their tuxes together and the pants were approx. 4 inches too short on every one of them, the sleeves were about 3 inches too short, and Elegant Brides refused to fix them!! My husband looked like Pe Wee Herman!!!! My husband refused to leave until his was fixed. They eventually did it with a few sassy comments but refused to fix the rest because they closed in 2 hours!!!! we had 7 bridesmaids, 7 groomsmen, 2 ushers, 2 flower girls, and 1 ring bearer. every single one of them had something wrong with their attire.
