Zen Martial Arts is the Crossroads' area Martial Arts School getting our community’s kids, men, and women fitter, safer, and stronger. Our After School Program is giving our community a better place where the children spend that time between school and work.

This is an amazing place where children are learning great martial arts and leadership skills.I couldn't ask for better instructors! The curriculum is great and the environment is just perfect. They teach world class martial arts here! The adult kickboxing class is amazing, they make us work hard but we have fun at the same time!
