Really good people; very good clinic. Alaro is top notch and always shows concern for her patients. Occasionally office callbacks are delayed, so stay on top of it and call back as necessary. But probably no worse or better than any other doctor's office I've been to.

It is the QUALITY of care at Sound Family Clinic that makes this office a winner. And, the knowledge and kindness of Ms Lawson that keeps me coming back. When you have an excellent care provider, such as Ms Lawson, any wait time in the waiting room or inquiry over the phone becomes secondary and unimportant. Let's face it! Thank God and Ms Lawson for healthcare that makes a differance! And, let's not forget! Patience is a virtue!

Judging solely from my inquiry by phone, I wouldn't trust them with my dog. For starters, when asked about the COST of a simple blood draw (for an ALCAT test), the operator responded "we have nothing available". Hmmm... Asked for clarification to her non-answer (you're not able to draw blood there?), she mumbled "there's no appointments until after the New Year" (the excessively slow wit and the inability to focus should prompt colleagues to secure the med cabinet). When I pointed out that my inquiry was about the costs of a visit/procedure, the phone clicked and started beeping which - unsure whether I'd been hung up on or transferred - I continued listening to until another woman eventually picked up and answered my question. Worth noting is the fact that, contrary to info provided for their Superpages.Com listing, the cost of setting foot in their office - the 'office visit' (not inc. procedures, supplies, etc.) is $85 - not "$55-$75". For genuine professionals, look elsewhere...

Horrible! The door fell of the henges when the shut it. And the doctor kept saying my baby was 2 months instead of the 4 she really is. And they couldn't remember how much she weighed even when they looked at her chart.

I actually got to spend time with my doctor! Never felt I was being rushed out the door. Very warm, homelike experience with very nice & pleasant staff. Great if you don't have insurance, they have the most reasonable prices, and the service is outstanding. Two thumbs up!
