Restorative

• Fillings
  Metal Fillings, also known as Amalgam, are the traditional way that Dentists repair cavities. Dr. Liu has found that Composite fillings are more durable and resistant to fracture in normal wear. Besides being able to hide the filling with its camouflage coloring, Dr. Liu is also able to remove less of your tooth structure than with amalgam fillings.

  Veneers are thin shells made of resin composite or porcelain. They only cover the front part of your teeth. These options improve the appearance of your teeth by correcting cracks, misalignments, or discoloration of your teeth.   The canal of the root is located in the center of your tooth and extends far below the tooth and gum line. When your tooth is infected or decayed, you may need a root canal. When the decay reaches the pulp, or nerve, of a tooth, a root canal becomes necessary. It is impossible for a tooth to heal on its own at this point. A root canal may also be required when the tooth experiences trauma or fracture. Untreated, you may experience a painful infection which can travel down the root tip and can even compromise your entire immune system.
