Please avoid this sonic at 306 W. Covell, Edmond, ok. We were served a chicken club sandwich with a cockroach in it. When we contacted Sonic (took several calls before a Jim Baird called) regarding this breech in sanitation. Jim Baird expressed zero concern about my wife's health, was exceedingly rude, would not take responsibility for the incident and began critizing her for "harassment" since she had called Sonic customer service several times. He was also accusatory and verbally abusive to the point where my wife hung up on him. I can only presume that Sonic's corporate policy is to serve roach sandwiches and then call their customers at home to verbally try to intimidate them if they complain. In any case, if you are concerned about your health - be warned - cleanliness is obviously an issue at this Sonic.
