I have been a customer here for well over 5 years. The service guys have been great and once when there was a problem they helped resolve it. Unfortunately, things have been going downhill for over a year and today they lost my business and anyone else I can reach forever. I was going through the wash. The new guy crammed us all together. Leading to my car bumping the pickup in front of me and then then pickup behind hitting me twice before my honking more that 20 times led them to stop the wash. Now $500 worth of damage to my car and a sore chest from the seatbelt later, No apology. Did a crummy job washing the car (again). No efforts to try and help In anyway. I cancelled my premium membership and I will never go here again and encourage everyone else to go elsewhere as well.

It seems since I joined the monthly program the less is done to my car.Today my windshield was not cleaned and the front of my car still looks the sameI think I will cancel the monthly program.

I go there alot and trust those guys to take care of our cars and trucks and they do a great job everytime . Ben is a great manager .

I had some problems here and asked for danny like it was written on here by him I am assuming and it appears that he is no longer working there. The new manager was respectful though and helped me resolve my problem quickly

Zero stars from me. They went through my glove box & a bottle of Prada perfume & a $10 roll of quarters came up missing! They did a BAD job & I am telling everyone I know this story. I will find the owners information & I will be letting them know.

Highly recommend. Always do a good job for a good price. Nice people to deal with. Have even given gift certificates for their services to friends.

You obviously don't get the value of what you spend. My car was returned with the back seat not even touched on vaccuming. There was gum wrappers, grass and it looked like they did not even attempt to do the back seat. Very disappointing. This could be a great place, but it wasted my money. katt

I have tried this place on three different occasions. Each time I have witnessed customers being treated poorly by employees, getting keys locked in cars by employees and even items missing out of cars that this place insist is not their problem.

I have tried this place three times. Each time took at least one and a half hour. I have seen customers have their keys locked in their cars by car attendants, rude employees, poor service and several customers with items missing from their cars.

I paid $130 for waxing, carpet shampooing, engine cleaning and detailing and my car was returned to me with extremely poor workmanship. There is car wax all over my vehicle, bugs all over the front, coffee on my carpet, and the rear of my car is filthy. Brand new floor mats have dirt on them because the carpet in the back of my vehicle was not touched. I asked for a refund, and was harassed to the point of tears by the managers. When I asked for the owner's name and number, I was rudely told no way. I definitely will never, ever recommend this place of business for any kind of car washing or detailing. Take your car anywhere but here.
